End-to-end delivery of an Azure AI-powered government correspondence platform serving 15+ public-sector entities in the GCC. The work covers priorities, dependencies, releases, bilingual Arabic and English interfaces, stakeholder feedback, and SQL data validation. Product concepts included Azure AI Search, operational dashboards, SLA alerts, anomaly detection, and Arabic AI-generated summaries.
